Steel Roof Structure: Technical oversight and guidance for the installation of the primary and secondary steel framework, ensuring alignment, structural integrity, and compliance with design specifications.
Cable Net System: Consultancy on the assembly and tensioning of the cable net (big lift), including phasing and site coordination.
Membrane Installation: Support for the installation of the roof membrane, coordinating with the steel and cable systems to guarantee performance, weatherproofing, and durability.

Project Overview
Ficard provides comprehensive Project Management services for the high-end real estate development at Cova do Lago, which includes 72 Luxury Villas and a 110-Room Hotel
